Röstkaffee, ganze Bohnen. Ausgewogene Mischung ausgewählter Arabica- und Robusta-Bohnen in fair gehandelter Bio-Qualität – schonend Langzeit geröstet. Ausdrucksstarker, würziger Geschmack, intensives Aroma und dichte, haselnussbraune Crema.
Seit 1993 führt unsere Kaffeerösterei J. J. Darboven fair gehandelte Kaffees im Sortiment - und war einer der ersten, die dies konsequent in großem Stil unterstützten. Fair gehandelter Kaffee kommt von Kleinbauernfamilien und wird unter Ausschluss von Zwischenhändlern direkt aus den Erzeugerländern eingeführt. Über den Verein TransFair e. V. wird ein Mindestpreis für die Ernten gesichert und es kommt ein fairer Preis den Kaffeebauern zugute. Aber Cafe Intencion ist nicht nur fair, sondern auch äußerst aromatisch, weil wir ausschließlich allerfeinste Rohkaffee-Provenienzen aus Hochland-Regionen verwenden, die wir nach Anlieferung in Hamburg sofort mit unserem speziellen Verfahren frisch rösten..
